This letter is to express my total satisfaction with Amen Air. I was introduced to George Maniates, owner of Amen Air of Port Richey, FL, by my brother-in-law, because I was dissatisfied with my current air conditioning maintenance experience. I called George and he personally responded that very day. He informed me that my air conditioners were old, but he would do his best to keep them running and he did for two years. Then the oldest one failed and at a terrific price he had his crew to my house and installed a new and very efficient, highly respected unit the next day. A short time later, the second unit failed and the same results; the next day he replaced it. The first unit had a manufacturing defect and George worked tirelessly with the company to find a fix and did at no cost to me. When there is any problem, he and his crew are there to take care of it regardless of whether it is during working hours or on the weekend. George displays the highest level of integrity in everything he does and superb customer service and I have recommended him to friends who need air conditioning service. He is simply the best and I whole-heartedly recommend George and his crew to anyone.
